Keeper

A few weeks ago I went to the Aloe Blacc concert in Paradiso, Amsterdam and I dare to say it was the best concert I have seen this year. Probably one of the best I've ever seen. I don't even bother explaining why. Just feel.. and understand. Or not.

Quality of being authentic... Genuineness

"Thank You For Listening" is a short film about The Foreign Exchange by Sandrine Orabona & Anke Thommen. I really diggin' their music for a while now and the artist they're connected with like Zo! and Jesse Boykins III for example. Check out all three parts to get to know The Foreign Exchange.

Part 1: Connected

Part 2: Leave It All Behind

Part 3: Authenticity

One day I go to Japan... most definitely

Two weeks before I started with my own blogspot I saw this documentary about Mos Def's tour in Japan on Current_. I completely forgot to plug this doc, so with a two months delay here it is. Konichiwa, b*tches!

Weekend kick off

This documentary film from 2005 about the sneaker phenomena and history is a classic. At least, if you're a sneaker head. This is not a trailer, this is the full version of Just For Kicks.

If you haven't seen this doc yet, either you have been sleeping the last couple of years or you're just not a real sneaker freak, haha! I won't jabber about it too much, so if you ain't got something to do during the weekend just watch this and get educated. Have a nice weekend!
