I reminisce, I reminisce

Of the concerts I had to make a photo report of for Urbanstart, this one was the toughest. When hip-hop icons like Pete Rock & CL Smooth perform on stage, it's hard not to get into the vibe and keep doing your job. Especially when Dave Redi, good friend and MC of Front Porch Poets is standing next to you celebrating his birthday. And on your otherside someone who is on the same level as you are. Good times!

Back 2 da future

I love collabo's, but this one is really extraordinary. Remember the car in the movie Back To The Future? And you know The Hundreds apparel. Well, The Hundreds took collaborations to a whole other level: The Hundreds x DeLorean.

The Hundreds used to be one of my favourite brands, but I still got a weak spot for it because of Olivia Munn. Long brown hair, freckles, green eyes, I'm just sayin'. Her The Hundreds photoshoot is classic! But we're talking about men's other love now: Cars, haha.

Lot's of love

This weekend my arty partner in crime and I went to a ruin somewhere in Amsterdam for a project we both be working on. To see what we wanted to see we had to climb rumble, avoid holes, go through gaps and rooms with no light, etc. On it's own a whole adventure.

They weren't there, but we found out that there were people living in this three storey high ruin. Mattresses, simmering fire wood, clothes, empty bottles and beer cans. Another unexpected thing we noticed: really a lot of tags refering to love. I don't know whether they were put there by graffiti artists or one of the inhabitants. Anyhow, just like us everyone should be surrounded by love.
